Annual Maintenance Works for Instrumentation & Control System at Doha East Power generation & Water Distillation Station.
Brief
Annual Maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems at Doha East Power Station consisting of 7 Boilers, 7 Steam Turbines, 7 Distillers, 6 Gas Turbines and Common Auxiliaries like Chlorination Plant, DM Plant, Compressors, Steam Transformers, Gas Scrubber etc. Scope of work includes also Mechanical Maintenance of Control & Sut-Off Valves and Pneumatic Actuators. Additionally Project include Supply of Spare Parts, Manufacturer Specialists, Emergency & Unforeseen works, proving Man Power Supply for MEW and Modification works which consists of the following items:
Supply & installation of instrument Local Panel for unit 1-4 CWP’s
Supply & installation of needle valves & tubes at Hydrogen Control Panel Unit 1-7.
Replacement of Local Panel with terminals located in Intake area
Replacement of Common header Air Supply line located in Intake area
Supply, Installation & Commissioning Burner Cable located in Boiler 5 To 7 (one cable per unit)
Supply, installation & Commissioning of start/stop and loading/ unloading System for air Compressor – Supply, Install and Commission of Combustible Gas Detector (73 Sensors)
