KOC – Manifold Replacement
Replacement of the 16″ Condensate Line with New 20″ Line from GCMB Manifold to MAA-02 Manifold for KOC.
Brief
Installation of 20″ Pipe with dual layer fusion bond epoxy coating from GCMB (Inside KOC) to MAA-02 outside KNPC 11.3 Km with the sectionalizing valve pit, pig launcher, jib crane and different types of valves (GOV, MOV & Manual Valves).
Supply and Installation of 12 Sets of Solar PV System of total capacity of 3.82 KW which includes Solar Panels, Ni-Cd Batteries, Charge Controller, Inverter, Data logger, PV Combiner, 12 Nos. AC – DC Distribution Boards, 3 Nos. 6KVA & 10KVA, 250/250VAC Dry Type Transformer.
Supply and installation of 7 Nos. of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) with
PLDS system (Pipeline Leak Detection System for 11.3 Kms of pipeline)
GMIS System (Gas Management and Information System)
FOCS (Fiber Optic Communication System for all RTUs and 18 Kms of FO Cable route)
SCADA system for all RTUs
Supply and Installation of Field instruments, Flow Meter, F&G Detection System, CCTV and 18 Km FOC cable Length.
