KOC – GC – 31 Civil Work
Civil Works package for New Gathering Centre GC-31 in North Kuwait.
Brief
Effective management, planning and coordination, supply, execution, successfully and timely handing over of the completed work and warranting the performance and services for the following scope of work:
Structural earth works, including cutting for building, foundation and backfilling to required level
Concrete for building, tanks and equipment foundation, Columns & Beams including steel form works
Concrete protection below ground level
Non shrink epoxy grouting and embeds
Pre-cast manholes and chambers
Building finishes including Block work, Flooring, Wall finishes, Ceiling and Painting
Underground network for cold/hot water and sewage line
Construction joints & roof water proofing
Fence work includes supply and installation of High and Low Security Fence, and all Gates Excluding Motorized Gates.
Tank Foundation (12 nos.) including pipe for catholic protection
Roads and Paving including kerb stone Building furniture
